Our Canberra office is expanding, and we are looking to welcome a talented Principal Engineering Geologist to our close-knit and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage and direct geotechnical works.
• Mentor and support staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Analyse and interpret geological, geotechnical, and hydrogeological data to prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Australian standards, codes, and health & safety requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies as required.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer or Registered Professional Geoscientist.
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in geotechnical investigations and reporting.
• Full Australian Work Rights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with geotechnical software and data analysis tools.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental best practices.
